ESAP Form
Children and Young People’s Directorate of Somerset County Council request that they are informed about extended school activities via the ESAP (Extended School Activity Proposal ) Form. The ESAP form is available online, the direct link is: ESAP Form on SiX

CIP Form
For capital building projects you will need to complete an AMP Capital Investment Proposal Form (CiP).
To find the Proposal form you need to enter Treasurer’s code> click on the school link> click on AMP tab> click on the link to reports> scroll down to CIP form.
